On 19th July, the Class of 2024 Global MBA graduates from the University of Manchester China Centre gathered in the UK to participate in the University of Manchester's summer graduation ceremony. Under the witness of family and friends, they celebrated this milestone moment, marking the successful conclusion of their academic journey.

In the UK, the summer sun brings a harvest of joy for our graduates. The campus lawns glow warmly, and the red-brick auditorium casts a dignified shadow, while the Alliance Business School steps sparkle with intellectual light.

In addition to the grand graduation ceremonies in Manchester, the University of Manchester China Centre annually hosts an exclusive graduation event for the Global MBA graduates. On the afternoon of July 28th, the Class of 2024 came together at the China Centre for their graduation Party, inviting their families to enjoy the moment of successfully concluding their MBA journey.

Smiles and embraces were the order of the day, reflecting the collective effort and commitment that defined their two-year Global MBA study.

In her warm welcome speech, Ms. Sherry Fu, director of UoM China Centre celebrated the university's bicentenary this year. A trailblazer in higher education, the University of Manchester counts among its alumni 25 Nobel Prize winners, whose groundbreaking work has advanced fields such as nuclear fission, computer science, and graphene.

With a significant global presence, the University of Manchester has secured the top spot in the UK and the second in the world in the 2024 University Impact Rankings. This achievement is a reflection of Manchester's commitment to social responsibility, which it has integrated into its core strategic planning, on par with its dedication to world-class research and exceptional student experiences.

徐玉文女士和陳珂先生作為學(xué)生代表，以卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和不懈努力，為同學(xué)們搭建了溝通的橋梁，增強了團隊凝聚力。為表彰他們的貢獻，曼大中國中心授予他們“中國中心主任特別嘉許獎”。

Ms. Xu Yuwen and Mr. Chen Ke, as student representatives, have built bridges for communication among students with their outstanding leadership and tireless efforts, enhancing the team's cohesion. At the end of the Party, China Centre specially designed the Gift Exchange session allowing graduates to receive blessings while retaining sincere wishes from their classmates. Graduates also shared their learning experiences, highlighting the importance of persistence and adaptation ability to the challenges. These stories embody the concept of lifelong learning and continued academic pursuits at The University of Manchester.
