隨著新型城鎮化、“一帶一路”倡議、建筑工業化等國家戰略的穩步推進，我國建筑與房地產業迎來新的發展機遇和挑戰。行業的可持續發展對工程管理、工程造價、企業經營管理、工程法律、城市管理、社會服務與管理等方面人才的需求在穩步增加，對同時擁有工程技術、經濟、管理和法律等知識的復合創新型人才的需求更加迫切。

城市經濟與管理學院堅守“愛國奉獻、堅毅篤行、誠信樸實、敢為人先”的精神，致力于培養服務于建筑業、房地產業、城市管理、社會服務領域的，懂技術、通政策、善管理、明法理，具有較強工程實踐能力、創新精神和國際視野的行業骨干管理人才。

學院師資隊伍力量雄厚，在名譽院長肖緒文院士的帶領下，擁有長城學者、北京市青年教學名師，來自清華大學、北京大學、香港大學、同濟大學、哈爾濱工業大學、北京航空航天大學、天津大學等一流大學的優秀博士擔任專業教師。教師教學科研水平高、服務行業和地方能力強，曾榮獲北京市青教賽一等獎、北京市教學成果二等獎等二十余項省部級及以上獎勵。

孫成雙  教授、博士生導師、哈爾濱工業大學博士、美國馬里蘭大學博士后

研究領域：工程信息管理、工程風險管理、綠色與智能建造、韌性城市建設等
